To help you get started on your journey, we’ve designed a six week online course to give you the information, tools and support to help you gain control of your weight and achieve safe and sustainable weight loss.
We offer a holistic approach to weight loss and maintenance and empower you with the knowledge you need to succeed, all within a supportive group environment limited to 12 people to ensure personalised attention.

What does the course cover?
Week 1

Learn about a whole foods, nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory way of eating.
Week 2
Every Bite Counts
Maximising the nutritional value of the food you consume.
Week 3
Get Moving
Getting the right kind of physical activity into your day.
Week 4
Sleep Deeply
Ways to improve your sleep to allow your body to eliminate and heal.
Week 5
Stress Less
The importance of relaxation and play in weight loss and management.
Week 6
Making it Stick
Setting yourself up for ongoing success.
The course is run on Monday evenings at 7pm EDT for six consecutive weeks. The next course starts on Monday Sept 16 and continues until Monday Oct 21. Each session is one hour and will be held via Google Meet.
What’s involved?
US$200 for six weeks of one hour online sessions in a small and intimate group plus all coursework materials.
A percentage of proceeds are donated to the Can Too Foundation, a charity that raises money for cancer research.
