Hi! I’m Mish aka Yogi Lilias, the founder of Sattva Health & Wellness.
I’m a certified functional health and wellness coach and yoga teacher, and I help you create lasting habits for energy, resilience, and vitality.
My wellness journey began in 2008 when I was a stressed-out executive in New York City. Overweight and burnt out, I turned to yoga and discovered the transformative power of balance. Later, I trained as a functional health coach, learning how food, movement, sleep, and mindset work together to restore health.
I chose the name Sattva because it means balance, harmony, and clarity. That’s what I want for you: to feel ageless, energised, and empowered to live fully. Whether you’re 18 or 80, my goal is to help you find your personal equilibrium — and thrive.
