Ayurvedic Consultation
Initial Consultation: 60 minutes $85

Recommendations may include diet, lifestyle & daily routine adjustments (work, exercise, rest, sleep, meditation, Self-inquiry), organic herbs & spices and aromas coupled with Ayurvedic Life Transformation Skills. The goal is to alleviate current imbalances and resolve the associated symptoms. Through these practices, you'll naturally develop a plan for prevention to maintain long-term health and happiness.
Natural Meditation Instruction: No charge for clients
Ayurveda is the understanding of how nature creates. The ancient sages and the modern physicists understand that all of creation unfolds from an underlying ocean of consciousness. Natural Meditation is an effortless, mantra-based meditation that is practiced twice daily for approximately 20 minutes each time. It is a method for increasing awareness, obtaining deep relaxation, and developing consciousness.
Natural Meditation is taught by me 2 days in a row, approximately an hour each day. Once you have learned the technique, it becomes a skill that you can practice on your own. Natural Meditation is not a religion and requires no belief. It is a skill that helps to relieve stress and allow the full development of the human nervous system, creating more consciousness, more clarity and happiness.

ENERGY WORK:
60 Minute Reiki Master Energy Work Appointment : $60 Appointments by request only
Includes ayurvedic pulse taking, assessment of doshic imbalance and chakra balancing

Benefits of these energy work sessions include deep relaxation, stress reduction, pain relief, emotional release and a meditative connection with Self. You will find this time deeply restorative, invoking peace and calm while renewing vitality and sense of joy!
Distance Healing:
Reiki and Quantum Touch Energy Healing modalities know no boundaries of time or space. We are all connected through a unified field of consciousness. As an attuned Reiki Master, Sandra can intend the many healing properties of these therapies to anyone, anywhere at any time. Our intuition, thoughts, feelings and prayers are examples of how we experience and share our energy with each other every day.
Sessions can be individual or in a package of 2 or more, depending on the needs of the receiver, which we will determine together either before or after the initial session.
1 session: $20
2-4 sessions $15 each
