Sandra Lavangeles has had strong intuitive sense and a draw to spirituality since she was a young child. Having spent years developing her consciousness in both the Yogic and Buddhist traditions, she has evolved a keen sense for counseling others, helping them to resolve their suffering and guiding them to self-realization. She has been further developing her clairvoyant abilities in her studies with New World Ayurveda.
In recent years, Sandra has been practicing Natural Meditation and has become a teacher of this meditation technique. She also enjoys guiding others in developing their awareness of subtle energies and their innate healing abilities. Sandra devotes herself to her Ayurvedic Life Transformation practice and helping others discover the love and bliss within themselves through the Path of Love.
Sandra is a graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda in Stockbridge, Massachusetts and has studied Ayurveda with the world's most respected teachers such as Dr. Vasant Lad (Ayurvedic Institute), Dr. Sunil Joshi (Vinayak Ayurveda), Dr. John Douillard (LifeSpa), Dr. David Frawley (Institute for Vedic Studies), Dr. Claudia Welch (Ayurvedic Institute), Dr. Partap Chauhan (Jiva Institute), Dr. Rosy Mann (Kripalu Center) and Dr. Paul Dugliss (New World Ayurveda).
